We will often make courtesy calls to our customers to check machines and ensure everything is operating at maximum efficiency and quality. Should there be any problems, we make it a point to address the situation as quickly as possible. In doing so, Advanced Copy has maintained an average response time of less than three hours since 2000. The industry average is over eight hours.
